Andrea has over ten years of experience working in recruiting and human resources. She is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and working for companies that genuinely care about their employees’ wellbeing.

Before joining Coen+Partners, Andrea worked for a large manufacturing company and supported locations all over the United States. This experience has given her the opportunity to continue to expand her skills in recruiting, onboarding, and process improvement projects.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Human Research Management from the University of Northwestern where she graduated with honors. She also has a degree and experience in Interior Design, which enhances her appreciation for the field of landscape architecture.

Growing up in Stillwater, Minnesota, Andrea enjoys paddle boarding and trying new restaurants with family and friends. In the winter she prefers the desert in California where she admires mid-century modern architecture and views of the mountains.
