Osama Alabdulqader

Designer

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Osama draws his primary design inspiration from the rhythmic identity of Dammam, a city whose name is rooted in the “dum” sound of the drum. This cultural resonance led him to focus his architectural studies on the power of soundscapes, using design to bridge the gap between a city’s heritage and its modern urban life.

Osama views landscape architecture as a form of therapy. In a world where people are often too distracted to truly feel their surroundings, he advocates for a sensory-driven approach that highlights the inherent beauty of life. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, his work focuses on the emotional impact of design, ensuring that nature and urbanity coexist in a way that restores and grounds the user.

Osama is a firm believer in the sensory aspects of our environment, a passion that carries over into his personal life. Whether he is capturing the world through his camera lens or exploring the nuances of a perfect cup of coffee, he is always seeking out the small, meaningful details that make a space feel like home.
